A structured, asynchronous flow that turns scattered volunteering into clear ownership, reviewed and approved by Senior Management before it goes live.

Leads define the work
Team leads submit programs, projects, and performance activities with objectives, skills needed, and deliverables.

Estimate the effort
The group sizes each activity with T-shirt sizing or planning-poker so priorities reflect real effort.

Set timing & cadence
Milestones, target dates, recurring meetings, and reporting rhythm are attached to every activity.

Volunteers pick interests
Asynchronously, volunteers say what they care about and how they'd like to contribute — no backlog grazing.

AI proposes RACI & R2A2
Gemini maps interests, skills, and priorities to roles, authority, and accountability for each activity.

Senior Management approves
SMT reviews, adjusts, and approves. Only then does the colorful RACI matrix become final.
